UFC 193 medical suspensions: Ronda Rousey and Joanna Jedrzejczyk potentially out for six months

The UFC released their official list of medical suspensions following UFC 193 in Melbourne this Saturday. Ronda Rousey who suffered a massive upset loss to Holly Holm in a second round KO is out for at least 60 days, Holm received a mandatory minimum 7 day suspension.

  • Ronda Rousey: Suspended 60 days with no contact for 45 days; additionally, suspended 180 days unless cleared with negative head CT scan.
  • Joanna Jedrzejczyk: Suspended 45 days with no contact for 30 days; additionally, suspended 180 days unless right hand is cleared by doctor after x-ray.
  • Valerie Letourneau: Suspended 45 days with no contact for 30 days; additionally, suspended 180 days unless cleared with negative head CT scan.
  • Antonio Silva: Suspended 45 days with no contact for 30 days.
  • Robert Whitaker: Suspended 30 days with no contact for 21 days; additionally, suspended 180 days unless left ankle, right hand cleared by doctor
  • Uriah Hall: Suspended 30 days with no contact for 21 days.
  • Jared Rosholt: Suspended 30 days with no contact for 21 days; additionally, suspended 180 days unless doctor clears right tibia/fibia.
  • Jake Matthews: Suspended 45 days with no contact for 30 days.
  • Akbarh Arreola: Suspended 45 days with no contact for 30 days.
  • Anthony Perosh: Suspended 45 days with no contact for 30 days.
  • Richard Vaculik: Suspended 30 days with no contact for 21 days.
  • Anton Zafir: Suspended 30 days with no contact for 21 days.
  • Steven Kennedy: Suspended 30 days with no contact for 21 days; additionally, suspended 180 days unless left thumb is cleared by doctor.
  • Ryan Benoit: Suspended 30 days with no contact for 21 days.
