Mississippi is home to some of the UFC’s rising stars like Jason Knight and Chase Sherman. In today’s episode of Across The Pond,  you will meet a hornet-like fighter whose swarming pressure hopes to power him to victory at UFC 220. A professional since July 2014 and representing Alan Belcher MMA Club under the guidance of UFC veteran Alan Belcher,  27-year-old Brandon Davis owns a 8-2 record in ten career bouts consisting of three knockouts, three decisions and two submissions.

In his MMA debut at Summit Fighting Championships 5, Brandon defeated Brandon Pemberton. Then he submitted Lawrence Purifoy. Brandon won his next three contests which included wins over Adam Denton and Latral Perdue respectively. At Island Fights 40, Brandon defeated Max Mustaki via unanimous decision. He defeated Randy Hedderick via TKO. At Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series 4, Brandon defeated Austin Arnett via unanimous decision and punched his ticket to the UFC in the process. For his UFC debut Brandon will face Kyle Bochniak in a Featherweight bout at UFC 220 on January 20, 2018. Good luck Brandon!
